Amen brother, amen…
A bit more conservative in scope than my own, but there is merit in that too of course! I hope the devs pick up on the fact that there is a real desire from many in the playerbase to have a fully represented Commonwelath subfaction in the game, not just in weapons and vehicles (still waiting for that too of course) but also in uniforms as well!

its sad how little care the Commonwealth gets, they dont even get winter clothing, so theyre fighting in Bulge in freezing temperatures in clothes for hot temperatures, while DF thinks that giving them gloves will fix everything

Especially since the Americans were some of the LAST to join the war…by years. And only because Japan attacked them.

It still irks me that they added a Burmese campaign, a British Colony where the overwhelming majority of soldiers present were part of the British Commonwealth and under British command, but they didn’t release it with a British subfaction expansion to go along with it!
Now we’ve got the US marines in Burma, with token British representation here and there with soldiers in temperate (not tropical) uniforms. That’s the Burmese front in a nutshell, right?

The trailer for ‘tigers of burma’ also really suprised me, because even tho it was 99.99% Commonwealth campaing (Mainly India and Britain), they just showed up us marines in there and called it a day

Indian troops, Ghurkas, Kings African Rifles… all present for this campaign, combined with British soldiers, what a colourful mix! But no lets just stick with US marines instead!

if they wanted to show any US soldiers, they should atleast show the Merrill’s Marauders, which were one of the few US units in Burma, but no, that would be too much work for them

Lets also not forget the Navajo code talkers…all the factions I’ve been asking for…

And a lot of the commonwealth squads are old event squads and such that I can NEVER pull after millions spent. It’s kind of like there should have a shop to use silver to buy the squads. I’d rather over pay and be guaranteed it rather then contiunually pulling stuff I don’t want.

One of those photos made me think.
They should add dirt/sweat stain sliders to individual uniform customization, similar to how they added a condition/dirt/rust slider to vehicle skins.
Dirty uniforms and visible sweat stains, especially in the Pacific/Burma and Tunisia, would add lots to immersion and making each soldier in the squad more customizable and making different squads stand out more on the battlefield and add overall diversity. This would help as Enlisted is already good at simulating large battles with the amount of bots added to games, making some squads more dirty would make each enemy you see more unique.
