Idk, since I had came across a 4 stack using nothing but GL’s and flamethrowers. And apparently flamethrowers can burn you through walls and even without the flame reaching you as I can tell you the replay shows it too

There are only two flamethrowers in each flamethrower squad, they are also difficult to use in most cases, as they only work in houses and bunkers and are useless in the open, also in many cases it takes a few seconds of flamethrowing to completely kill someone, the fire resistance bonus is also done by many people in the perks. I have used them a little, I think about 500 kills, I found them inappropriate, but I might test them again, especially now that I spend most of my time in US faction.
