Network connection disrupted

ive been randomly getting this message over and over and its been about 2 weeks i cant even play the game but when i check my wifi everything is ok and working
is there a solution to this? because i didnt see anyone complaining about this
(i use steam to play)

Hi, welcome to the community.

Sometimes the servers can get a bit laggy due to player count, but for it to be consistently disrupted for two weeks is definitely not normal.

Some things to try:

  • Connect to the router via a cable, as this will provide a more stable (and less latent) connection
  • Check for any malware on your machine.
  • Try changing the channel settings for your wifi, as some wifi channels can be overloaded if there are many other wifi broadcasts in the area. This often adds unnecessary latency to the connection.
  • Verify the game files via Steam, to rule out any file corruption with your install.

Hopefully some other users here will have some other ideas to try, but that’s all I can think of at the top of my head. :slight_smile:

I had no problems the last week but after update today i get kicked out of every single game i start due to Network connection disrupted.
And trust me, people have been complaining for some time now.

I mostly get this when the game window is minimized when game starts, which suck as i have to check it now every 5 seconds to not get this bug.

Connection disruped is not that rare but i even once got connection REFUSED, straight out yeeted from game even though i was loaded in and saw battle already happening lol
