Rocket radio artillery squad was less than 5 months ago.
That’s not a strong condemnation of your point (that Japan doesn’t get a lot), but if we’re splitting hairs it’s worth noting that they have had an event squad much more recently than one year ago.

Soviets would finally see a nation that will have weapons that could fight against them on even field instead of being always worse. Maybe it could lead to low-mid BR Germany infantry weapons getting buffed like they did with FG42/II after so many years of complains.
Where there’s a will there’s a way. Never underestimate their ability.
But honestly the Ho-Ri will probably be slammed by USSR with their mortars, since it’s technically an open top tank.
Shouldn’t be - the top is only partially open when the gun is depressed (just give it Prozac…) - otherwise it has 20-35mm roof armour thickness

It’s a bit inconsistent or was. I’ve had a few times in the past where the US small mortar deleted my tank despite hitting the top panel above the crew. Though it’s been about a month since it last happened. Or maybe somehow in the smallest chance ever it went in the very tiny gap as the barrel depresses and the cover lifts.
Personally I feel the Hei Auto and Tokyo Arsenal would do well to hold their own. Particularly the Hei.
Also Japanese planes are great too, the two BR5 options and the TT BR 4 option and the Zero in BR2 (sorry can’t remember their exact names rn, despite using them all the time XD)
Yes they are good weapons, but I feel the Soviets have a LOT of good weapons at the higher BR’s, and the Japanese only a couple, so it’s not really going to be a hassle…
Japanese planes have a deserved reputation for being very manoeuvrable, but in Enlisted I think the advantage goes to whoever sees the other first, and manoeuvrability is strictly secondary in most cases.
I think there are likely players who can use manoeuvrability to good advantage f’sure - I’m not one! - but other than that they have fairly ordinary armament and often sub-standard protection, especially at low BR’s.
They are competitive, but not really anything more.

Its a 100 round box that magically fits 200 rounds - I am pretty sure about that - someone needs to confirm that.
If I am right about this, then the fact that G43K got its burst removed because of HA, but the Stinger stays the same would be outrageous.

To be fair, 30 cal browning is also very good for a MG - dispersion on the move is good enough to be usable, Stinger is pretty much just overkill and not needed - the only issue i have with this debate is that German MGs specifically suck because of terrible mag/belt size.
Well Germany doesn’t need decent MGs in high BR - their small arms are great, but I always thought that Germany specifically should shine with their MGs because it would fit the faction.
The whole Stinger being OP debate is kinda ridiculous - in the end its still just a MG with its downsides, however it is simply not fair compared to German MGs.
