Music/Soundtrack for Enlisted - Red Army Choir

As tittle suggests, a lot of Red Army Choir performances, such as “Polyusho Polye”, “My Army”, “Red Army is The Strongest”, “Katyusha” etc thematically really fit this game and it would be great to see this great game have an awesome soundtrack

I dont personally know the songs since I am not acquainted with music of Nazi Germany, I am from Eastern Europe. However, Erika wouldnt ever be added probably because it was written by, well, a nazi politician which would create problems. The other I do not know of, but if it is good devs might add it. I support immersion.

also, erika is one of the menu songs on Hell let loose (ww2 game) and the other one was on a cod2 xfire event i did participate years (many years ago)

I’d like to see it by all means, but Darkflow interactive is Russian studio, not american one. It is a bit different I think, I only live near Russia, not in it so I am not 100% sure

Black matter which made Hell Let loose is Australian not Amercian, but I don’t think it would cause problems adding in a simple song, cos by all means it’s just a song

Erika, the march song was written in 1930, the writer was not part of the National Socialist party when we wrote it. + Third Reich didnt exist when it was written.
But still afaik, the songs are banned in Russia, its just the symbols and National Socialist party.

Personally though, I believe that they should not add any marching songs to the game to avoid these problems. Would be kinda annoying to listen to red army songs, when you are opposed to the red army completely.

indeed i fully agree…

imo these kind of songs should be played at the end of a game when one of the sides wins.
as an example:
Germany wins: Erika plays
Soviets win: Katyusha plays
America wins: Johnny comes marching home plays
GB wins: British Grenadiers or Rule Britannia plays

The issue is that the german “war songs” are banned in russia, so those will never make it into the game.
