I’ve been having success with Italians recently however. It seems allies in Tunisia are so used having it easy that their morale break and they desert as soon as they notice Axis resists and put up a fight.

If that’s dday, that’s kinda the point.
But it’s a map I avoid anyway. I even prefer swamp map to dday.
Also, spawn camping isn’t related to big mean scary panther, but map design… it’s just a grinder.

Yes I know, it’s what I said. I avoid this map at all cost, whatever faction I play. It’s just not fun. Either you rely on mg42 to grind a charging flow of troops, either you get grinded bombed repeatedly.

Agree you can put your panther at 500m from the cap zone on a hill and boom and zoom at american on the beach killing all of them
My point is you can do so with any tank. Pz4 will have the same effect if allies only have stuarts.
Problem is NOT panther. It’s map design.

I rarely see panther in matchs I play. But I see spawn camping often.
Happens in other Normandy maps too. In airfield when jumbo spams and stay in greyzone it’s “ah shit. Here we go again”

I see jumbos very often, but panther remains rare…
My campaigns lvl here are only 13-14 respectively. Only in other maps I can hunt those things easily while on foot.
The best way to kill jumbo is
1)pick the puma
2)ramming him
3)exit the puma
4)trow deatpack

Yeah, but you have to reach it. Very easy in other maps, but airfield is just a giant rectangle, and jumbo players are often just staying in greyzone, being pussies. Easier when they charge but they don’t do so often (jumbo turns slowly)
So yeah, I don’t use my tiny tanks when jumbo appears.
I cheat and use firefly if panther appears though… but Exept in dday (which I always desert) they are cocky players easy to flank with the Rhino.
nah using the panzer 3N is better than puma due to the memes
