This gun is essentially just a PPD 40, which is as you probably know, in BR 4.
Furthermore, the recent Battlepass weapon PPSH 45 with an even faster firerate that the MP 717 also got moved to BR 4.
Another neat side effect would be the gun actually being somewhat useful again, with iz being hopelessly overshadowed in BR 5.
I’m good with it going to BR4. I already think SMGs don’t belong in BR5 with the ARs. Kiraly is already in BR4 as well and is a much better gun. Tbh I’d move the PPSh box drum down too (the PPSh-45 is already BR4).
Definition of unnecessary powercreep and further strengthening smg meta outside of BR5.
The whole game is SMG meta. Except BR5 where it’s Select Fire meta.

i think Ppsh 41 can do at BR V with some stat tweak such as reload speed and 6.8 damage though if Ppsh 41 goes IV it will kinda powercreep PPD 40 and PPD 38/40 making them obselete a bit

I don’t really know what’s the best thing to do about it. Ppsh41 is good enough in br5… but it’s shadowed by ARs. In br4, it would overshadow everything else.
I use Ppsh41 in br5 because I love the thing and it’s iconic…
But it feels like a br 4.5 weapon?
I will be fine with whatever outcome befalls it. Captured ppsh41 (from Stalingrad) does resemble more the ppd40 though.
But! Some things like conders and LAD and Nkvd tommy (100 rnds drum) are fine in br 5 imo.
Its kinda necessary when nobody, and I really mean nobody is using SMGs in BR5. They are made completely irrelevant by ARs existing, all of the SMGs are fair in BR4.

I still use ppsh41 in br5, it’s fun, good enough for whatever I face and most importantly iconic. Not a fan of the ak47. (I know ppsh41 isn’t meta in br5)
I think it’s worth leaving guns like the Koenders, Thompson 100 and Shpitalny SMG on the fifth BR.
Give NKVD Thompson to the US tech tree 
The biggest problem isn’t the tiering. It’s the fact that it’s gone. They need to release it back, maybe for an event or the lootbox. It is nonsense that you had to grind up to level 23 in the worst campaign pre merge
I just want Guerrillas to be viable at BR5 and get ARs/LMGs, smgs even Conders/MP717(r) combo can’t compete with AS-44/Fedorov/RD-44 spam.
Along with Lewis Gun (two of them)
LAD should get buffed dmg as it’s really mediocre with it’s really low rof for a BR5 smg.
I would really like to see it in the Soviet branch as well.
