The thing is a BR4 G41. It’s overtiered.

If darkflow insists on keeping type 4 rifle at br 4 then they should give it back it’s old reload speed.

The thing’s reload speed was buffed to make it not completely helpless against m2 carbines.
Now that they’re gone, it has the BR of a magazine-fed gun, but the same terrible clip reload as G41s.

Literally a g41 with a garand skin. But darkflow is going to force Japan at br 5. And I am worried about that. I guess I will stop playing br 4 Japan and go to br 2.

If we drop its reload back down too then maybe. The speed the Johnson loads Singles compared to the Type 4 is amazing

Type 4 should be with Garand
And add Hino Komuro’s model 1904 with 15 round detachable magazine to br with Johnson rifle.
M2c changed to Assaulter weapon and replaced with a tree version T20 rifle against German fg 42 and Japanese Type Hei automatic.
Totally agree, there is nothing about the Type 4 rifle that is superior to the G41, it has the same crappy reloading as the G41
