I notice Soviets in Moscow tend to have more bots than human players where they are really dead weight especially as defenders on invasion even when I have placed rally points. They are even helpless against tanks too where at times I’m the one who destroy the tanks myself with explosive packs.
Even now, I still rarely see someone else bringing a PPD-40 or even DP there just like the PPSh in Berlin despite I started to see more PPSh with box magazine on my team but still I’m the only one using drums most of the time.

Except that “no real armor” in the context of tanks means nothing, they have enough to stop 99% of weapons ingame, TNT affects all tanks regardless of armor, and Panzers up to the J might as well not have armor against the 45mm gun due to their lack of angles/curves.
You can kill soviet tanks with the Panzer 2, but lets face the facts here, they’re more likely to kill you than the opposite. The T-60 is a total piece of shit, but the T-26 onwards are all incredibly powerful tanks with fast turret rotation speeds.
Trying to gun down infantry in the Panzer 3’s is basically pointless as they can outrun the turret.
The T-50 has a slow turret speed, but its more than made up for in the fact it is invincible to basically every ingame Moscow cannon…
Gun “OP-ness” depends much on maps. Moscow maps usually tend to prefer CQC or med-long fights (like Fortified District and the map with the burning houses). MGs are usually better on med distances (especially compared to PPD) but are worse in CQC as they have less clip size, too big and worse ADS unlike the PPD which is unquestionable better than a MG34 in CQC.
At the end it depends much what you prefer/ better at.
While its true that IL has worse stats than a fighter its cannons are still deadly against them. Just some Hits and the fighter is crippled.
38t isnt invulnerable to T-28 and the T-26 has a better cannon than the Panzer III models in return for being slower and having Bad armor.

I hope devs soon fix bugged aphe rounds, buggy angled armor and what ever buggy content you seem to find every match…

Yeah, Moscow is alright, Berlin is slowly getting there too, I’m noticing lately it’s far more common to see a German team win than it used to be. Soviets still prevail there, still a lot of work to be done to balance in Berlin, but there’s some improvement at least.
I have no clue what OP is talking about TBH, it’s like we’ve been playing different games alltogether.

Bullshit. Armor exists.
Flank with the Panzer II and avoid long range engagements and infantry. The Panzer II has more than enough advantages to be a effecient ambusher tank but I guess the majority of the German tankers think they drive a Tiger H1.
Panzer IIIs (at least the B. as far as I remember) also have two coal. mgs while the Soviets dont have two mgs. Also the T-26 is slow as fuck and you have three tankers while the Germans have five. Just coming up with “but muh turret” is (mostly) pointless. WASD and that I doubt that it really affect anyone’s gameplay.

but it could be that when he plays for the time difference the Soviets are weaker due to lack of good players the Germans in the eu server at night make fire and flame
The panzer 2 kills the t-28 if hit him from the side op probably never tried to kill a tank from the side
Why does everyone insults the tiny t-60??? I like the thing, it’s the perfect infantry support, even (maybe) more so than the t28, thanks to it’s low profile and maneuverability. People forget the most important use of tanks: support infantry first. Sure it’s not good against other tanks… because it’s not the purpose of it!
(Also, it’s armour is Godly for a starter tank.)

Because German side is more easy at higher tier. And that’s why I always to prefer play German. MG34 and PZ4E is so much better than DP and T-28.
SMG just useless if you have LMG.
Because you have to at least have some ability at AT side.
T60 can only penaltrate PZ2C and 3B easily. While these two tanks are rare to see.
But PZ2C can penaltrate T-26 BT7 T-28 easily, those higher tier tanks.
As people levels up, I am more talking about game at higher tier situations.
You don’t absolutely NEED AT capability… t-60 is anti infantry and light vehicle only. It should be used as such, and let infantry deal with german tanks. To do so, the ptrd is LEAGUES ahead of the German AT, it counter balance easily.
And while a pz2 CAN pen a t26 from up close… the t26 canon may easily one shot said pz2. So there’s no issue here 
As for Moscow tanks… I’d say I like the balance there is. There’s nothing I cannot take out while in a bt7. Even the t26 being fast as a SNAIL (badum tss) has a good enough gun to take out any German tank. I honestly prefer soviet tanks up to the pz4/t28 tier to be honest (t28 is wonderful but too large for my play style) then it’s back to soviets with the t50 wich is simply perfect.
Edit: If you want to feel reassured a bit, t-34 AND KV2 were in alpha. Now against those, whatever lvl the Germans players will be, they won’t have much in term of tanks to counter them. To summarize, soviets aren’t weak, not by a long shot.
