That would be a no. HMGs are available in all BRs. I think it’s silly to restrict class abilities on BR. That’s like saying artillery should only fire 5 shells on BR 2 and 25 on BR 5
Point is if I happen to be BR 2-3 with a mortar I can build Heavy Mortars
not when br5 and 4 can see br 3
maybe in a straight br3 only fights br3 but no just
no br5 in a ± br2
and no br4 in a +_1 br these giants should not see br3
but yes to the other mortar looks fun
in first place HMG is extremely limited and weak to compare to heavy caliber mortars , second place heavy mortars be available in tier 1 to 3 would be broken because its literaly heavy caliber mortar like i showed before its freaking 150 mm with great explosive shells than others tanks , capable to overpreassure tanks makes them to explode and be only exclusive on mortar engineer is fair
yeah the br wouldnt that much for tier 3 but it just to avoid heavy caliber mortar in tier 2 and 1

im saying for tier 3 wouldnt matter that much because always will face tier 5 in japan campaign except soviets and axis
so its bad make it worse
no 150mm mortar is too strong to be seen by br3
