im actually not completely sure what kind of blasting machine would be better the handheld one like this
or the box and plunger style one like this
the box one would probably be easier for the devs to add in since you’d have to place it in a static location so wire length could be a real thing, but the handheld one would be slightly harder to make since you can move around with it in your hand so the wire length thing would be hell on earth for the devs to try to make 
honestly if you ask my opinion i think the box and plunger style blasting machine would be better just for the effect of pushing a plunger and getting an explosion instead of just cranking a handle to detonate.
