I purchased two 500 gold packs and they are not in my account any one else know how to fix it I also put in a ticket for support
A lot of times restarting and reopening the game works if you don’t immediately see it, otherwise you’ll have to wait for support to help you
The same thing just happened to me! This is the very first time. I’ve restarted multiple time and still nothing
Will this resolve on its own and the gold will eventually just appear or do I have to go through support
well to tell you idea on how to fix it, i need to replicate the problem. put 2x 500 gold on my account and i will see what is happening…
on serious note this will probably resolve itself in either couple of hours or you will need to write to support.
i would probably just open ticket regardless of whether it resolves itself or not.

For me, clicking on gold icon again usually do the trick. You don’t even need to restart the game. (At least on PC)
In the case of Xbox, do you go through Xbox support or gaijin
go gaijin support for everything. they should have most information.
The Enlisted gold thief goblin under the bridge took it.
Good news, as I logged on today and magically my gold returned!
