Yesterday I bought I new trooper but there was like a message end I did not read I just pressed ‘buy anyway’ now I want to buy a new trooper again and now I read the message and says somthing about European rules and there are 3 options. Don’t buy, I don’t live in Belgium and buy anyway.
Write a support ticket.
People wont be able to help you when you open up a “suggestion topic” with the title “message”.

Belgium has anti gambling laws. Soldiers are slightly randomized with their stats. DF’s just protecting their rear from Belgium’s laws
You don’t really have to worry about it, since soldier stats are still random even if you press the button.
