Medics need the Carbine

Medics need to have access to the M1 Carbine. in WW2, United States Medics would be issued the Colt 1911 and the M1 Carbine, due to them needing a weapon but needing it to be light weight so they can preform medic duties more easily while being armed. Enlisted needs to give US Medics access to the M1 Carbine for people like me who like to give our soldiers historically accurate equipment.

While I would agree that Medics should have access to the M1 Carbine, I doubt many people would use it in the game as opposed to using an SMG unless it gets a buff as IMOP in it’s present form it’s incredibly weak. I think they need to either increase it’s ROF or increase it’s hitting power…Or both

I feel like Medics should be given all carbines period. It would add better tactical variety, as I could have most equipped with a shotgun or SMG, and a couple equipped with bolt-actions / M1 Carbines / VG 1-5 for longer range engagements.

I agree, and I want to go a step further, Carbines should be universal weapons, like history intended: Introduce a "Carbine" Weapon Class

Give it a buff, then make it a universal weapon. Higher ROF or more damage… It is fairly comparable to the VG 1-5, but with less damage and more recoil, however, I play Allies as much as I play Germans and would personally love to see the VG 1-5 dropped to level two, and the M1 Carbine ROF raised to 350 or 380, or raise the damage to 9 or above as opposed to 8.8.

yeah…

medics should get access to all semi auto rifles ( except fgs, avts avs, t20s or type … something something. after all, everyone else can use them )
