hi, has the developers ever conceded wither to bring in the ME 262. thank you
The agility of this plane is awful and itâs speed massive for the maps size and if is added other nation Will want cursed jet desings
No. It donât fits in the Game.
Not sure if there has been any confirmation or outright rejection.
I personally think it would be a fun addition and hope we see it in Enlisted one day.
Give everyone a Jet!
ME-262 (Germany)
** Gloster Meteor (Allies)**
Yak-15 (USSR)
(this one wouldnât go into production until 1946, but was in prototype stages during the war)
Kikka (Japan)
Well I would disagree with this but definatly would want to see Plane Number 302
Plane number â302â
Also plane could accept 2 bombs and 4, 20 mm ,The project was dropped in 1943 since there was no need for Jet plane and because the Jet engines were never delivered but the fuselage was made and there was a glider variant known as â302 Pâ
again undelivered jet engine arent a problem when thing like ho ri exist (and condor i guess)
Dude Im not against adding it in contrast I would like to see it in game Im just stating the reason why it was never finished in real life
understandable
That might be a better option! I was having a hard time finding soviet jets that werenât prop-jets.
Yak-15 was a real jet put into soviet production, but it was only in the prototype phase during the WW2 and I donât think it even had its first test flight until October of â45, about a month after the war ended.
A 262 carrying bombs seems interesting to me, even more interesting the Ar-234b-2 with computed bombsight, but as I can see in the comments this would give room for all nations to put their untested aberrations in the game. Not only that, if you give Germany a fighter jet and a jet bomber in tier V, it means that we will never see a piston aircraft again and I donât think that is the right path.
I advocate a new mechanic to help the team that is losing, if Germany is losing you will have the right to take a jet, or request an attack with V1, if you are losing in America you can ask for naval artillery support or something like that , another suggestion would be to keep the sky with more AI planes creating a more favorable scenario for introducing these jets.
Seeing that statement with jet fighters that were not used/fought in WW2, there would be no problem in including these then.

Junkers 287
Armament: 8 500kg bombs and 2 MG131 machine guns on the rear

Armament: 4 20mm MG151 cannons, 2 250kg bombs
Horten Ho 229
Armament:4 30mm MK 103 or 108 cannons, 2 1000kg bombs
These jet planes should come if they plan to give jet fighters to the allies unfairly
God please no, stop powercreeping for no reason
Plus the jets will be extremely miserable to both use and fight against
Just no
There are about 999999999 funky sidegrades we could add instead of stupid paper designs that will make the game a complete clownshow
All of the jets I mentioned existed in WW2. Both the British and German ones saw combat.
The IS-3, Maus and Junkers 287 saw the same combat as the Meteor
Wrong. The Meteorâs first flight was on 5 March 1943. No. 616 Squadron RAF was the first to receive operational Meteors: a total of 14 aircraft were initially delivered. The aircraft was initially used to counter the V-1 flying bomb threat. 616 Squadron Meteors saw action for the first time on 27 July 1944, when three aircraft were active over Kent. These were the first operational jet combat missions for the Meteor and for the RAF, and would go on to account for 14 flying bomb âkillsâ during the war.
Later, on 20 January 1945, four Meteors from 616 Squadron were moved to Melsbroek in Belgium and attached to the Second Tactical Air Force just under three weeks after the Luftwaffeâs surprise Unternehmen Bodenplatte attack on New Yearâs Day, in which Melsbroekâs RAF base, designated as Allied Advanced Landing âB.58â, had been struck by piston-engined fighters of JG. The 616 Squadron Meteor F.3sâ initial purpose was to provide air defence for the airfield, but their pilots hoped that their presence might provoke the Luftwaffe into sending Me 262 jets against them, though to no avail.
In March, the entire squadron was moved to Gilze-Rijen Air Base, and then in April, to Nijmegen. The Meteors flew armed reconnaissance and ground attack operations without encountering any German jet fighters. By late April, the squadron was based at FaĂberg, Germany, where it would suffer its first losses. The war ended with the Meteors having destroyed 46 German aircraft, though many of which were on the ground at the time.
TL;DR - British Meteors did see combat, were active in the RAF as of July 1944, and accounted for 46 aircraft kills and 14 V-1 flying bomb âkillsâ during the war
All wrong except that they were deployed to intercept the V-1s. Both the Meteor MK 1 and MK 3 did not see combat or shoot down any enemy fighters.
You can look it up, itâs not wrong. All the info there is easily verifiable. Youâre just flat out wrong here, bud.
Yet they were used in combat lol brođ cope some more
Bruh donât argue with him hes literary the epitome of a german main and will deny anything if itâs not German made lmfao
It was not used in combat.
