万歳突撃 is a word for Banzai charge, but word like 玉砕突撃 is not existing.
玉砕 is a word to announce that all troops were annihilated, and 万歳突撃 is a type of attack which were observed in such battle.
Both of them are same means in Japanese words but 玉砕突撃 show more suicide tendencies. The most different between of two words is 玉砕突撃 only happened when Japanese army in desperate situation

You have totally rigth, i checked chinese dictionary as well euro one and 万歳突撃 mean (kamikaze attack) with a good explanation on how is a last resort move to do, as already i said up
