Get rid of the penalty for the losing side so both sides are rewarded for just fighting it out and if no one’s punished for losing that means everyone can just fight it out and then we can all just get silver and everyone’s happy then.
There is no penalty for failure
If you want higher experience rate
Then find a way to win
Tell that to a death stack which is determined to end the game as soon as possible so I’d rather be rewarded for at least trying to put up some resistance if I really have to

Many ppl in clearly losing matches feel they are wasting their precious time in good part because of the big difference between winner and loser team xp. A good player, if in a meh team, will not want to carry out ppl and waste his time. He will desert.
And it’s even more important for new players when they come to this game who need all the silver and XP they can get when they’re just trying to level up and enjoy this game
I like this idea. It’s very clear the win bonus is major enough to make players desert. You give to all, it’s a different game
Skill and effort should be rewarded, not queuing on the stonger side, people who get carried, don’t build rallies and don’t play objective are not entitled to any extra reward.
yes, capture point/ kill enemies in cap zone should be rewarded much more
I was literally suggesting this months ago. And basically everyone was against it.
They were presenting hilarious arguments “nobody would try to win anymore” and so.
The 50% exp bonus for victory is literally the most toxic aspect of this game. Especially if you take in consideration desertion isn’t penalized.
This combination is truly horrific. They either needs to get rid of the victory bonus or finally implement anti desertion features.

People here don’t know what they actually want, what a surprise.
Players’ mentality has changed a lot since merge.
Pre-merge most defeats were due to having less players so it was assumed that 10 vs 10 players would magically fix the issue.
Punishing deserters might make people hate the game even more

These pests often account for up to 60% of teammates.
You have to stay with those pests for 20 minutes
1 game might be fine, but 5 or 10 games in a row?
The top 40% of players take care of everything
They’re just riding on the coattails of you and 2 or 3 other people.
When this game is over they will continue to wreak havoc on other games
Who cares? Desertion is literally crippling the experience for everyone involved.
I really couldn’t care less if spoiled and selfish individuals are going to cry even louder.
It is not healthy for the game. And there’s reason why basically any similar game has feature which makes desertion a not efficient thing to do. Prime example is WT, where vehicles you have used in deserted match are locked for certain period time.
Meanwhile Enlisted literally rewards desertion. You can keep your WR at 100% by desertion.
You can still desert in any game that’s not looking optimistic in the first few minutes. Meaning, you can roll MM RNG for so long that you always get a 50% win bonus, since you only stay in battles where your team is made up of clearly better players than the enemy team.
Obv, current system is so easily exploitable. And it’s not good for the health of the game in any way. It is not fair play. And it’s need to be fixed asap.
