Yea we should have 2 classes of MGs, disregarding the “real life” meaning of Light MG, which technically was every weapon that was carried by infantry without tripods and such.
So we should have:
-light MGs behaving like “heavy assault rifles” like the BAR
-belt fed MGs (heavy MGs) best used on a bipod
Now technically we already have this in the game, however I think that belt fed MGs could use some love, like a change in game mechanics, like instead of random RNG bullet spread we could be prohibited to AIM at all, but with increased accuracy on the hip, OR instead of RNG spread we could have accurate ADS fire which drains stamina fast, so that you could only ads your heavy MGs for a very short period of time.
