M39 is at levels of the PPD and MKB (scoped) is seriusly nerfed with a lot of dispersion after stalingrad, german in moscow have a bad equipment wo become decent in later level, soviet instead have good thing for all time, only with bolt-action the faction are equal

Pls tell us how this gun can be good let alone better than the PPSh or even the PPD if the stats are “worse-even”.
