Higher rof doesn’t mean it’s better it’s actually worse. Fedorov is superior due more controllable recoil and one hit kill capability that FG42 II lacks due body armor. 9 weaker soldiers are worse than 6 strong soldiers.

I said that, RD-44 has power of 3x FG42 II with much more controllable recoil, you ain’t killing anyone in one hit with FG42 unless they are at ultra close distance (14m). Both kill in two hits up to 100m.
Smg is smg we don’t use it for mid range mate. Bias is still present and APC drivers are forced to use ppsh-41

Agreed, and that’s why we need a weapon similar to the M2 carbine for every faction.
M2 is incredible at mid range as it has less recoil than even STG44 but loses at close range as it has worse dmg per shot, plus those sights are worse than any other SF rifle. But i like it’s rof more than excessive rof of FG42/II.

For allies they could Get M3A1 suppressed (I think we had M3 suppressed in yame as BP weapon) it was not as common as M3 but it was made in considerable numbers.
For Germany why bother just add MP 40 with suppressor , obviously German tried a lot of different suppressors on it , I can think of Arado’s L41 suppressor for MP 40 which could be used (Later on modified to become L42 ) this only leaves Japan , Japan made some suppressors and also bought Maxim suppressors but we have no photo of them only patents.
