Make the iron sights on snipers be full zoom

Can we have a system where we press a button and it aims with the iron sights at full zoom?often you die in close range when the only thing you have is a sniper because the far away view you get is next to useless,your holding the gun as far away from your eye as possible.so remove the smaller secondary view or have a button to switch sight mode between the scope and the irons.this will be nice for G98 enjoyers who want to use iron sights but did get the trench version of it,and make close quarters sniper something partially viable.

If you want full zoom, why are you not using the scope?

the last thing i want in cqc with a sniper rifle is full zoom :laughing:

Can’t you just remove the scope and use it as a regular rifle?

Some snipers can use the Iron sight but cannot zoom, such as the M1C AVS-36 sniper.

that kind of defeats the purpose of using a sniper,and some snipers cant take their scopes off (sniper G98 for example)

If you’re playing on console you should know that Scoped Bolt-Actions have the highest amount of aim assist in the game, just point near them then press L2 and R2

The zoom jusy makes it incredibly hard to see,especially when most indoor settings are low light and i cant make out anything

The aim assist allows you to blind fire very easily, it’s saved me a lot of times.

I just like to be confident in my shots,and i cant do it with either zoom option.snipers are the only class ill use pistols on normally

You can sacrifice backpack slot for second weapon. Keep the scope on first, remove the scope on second.

Well, I can understand him, I never aim my weapons unless I also zoom in. ADS without the zoom is pointless, so those backup sights that can’t zoom in are pretty pointless aswell.

I’ve never had any problem to just hip fire with snipers when I needed to kill someone in cqc, so…

Exactly my point, why use backup irons that have no zoom and make life miserable for everything past 5 Meters - when you can perfectly well hipfire at that distance?
