Make the gold orders for troops better

  • Since the removal of the academy gold orders for troops lost an incredible amount of value, now you can upgrade any soldier to rank V with bronze orders, especially trooper I’s, gunner I’s, etc.

  • Vehicle and weapon gold orders give you fully upgraded vehicles and weapons, but the gold order for troops does not, it made some sense in the past but not anymore.

  • My suggestion would be that gold order troops should come with perks which are the most optimal for the soldiers class (just like soldiers in premium or event squads) and 5 retraining points (again like the soldiers in premium / event squads).

  • It would not make them anything super good but it would at least bring up their value to similar levels of other gold orders.

I said once and I’ll say it again. We don’t need ordinary gold soldiers with 5*. I already have bunch of them via bronze troop orders. What I would like to see are officers for gold troop orders. They will have unique perks and will give you Idk some kind of boost to all your soldiers in squad that you are using and have them, maybe even better organisation/giving orders, etc. Plus officer uniforms would be nice addition to this game.

I agree on giving gold soldiers some kind of boost for the squad they’re in, even just a minor XP bonus.

I’d be happy enough if the Gold Orders for Troops would guarantee maximum perk points for the respective class of soldier (eliminating RNG), especially since we can’t even send these guys to the rear. It just feels bad to spend a golden order on a soldier only to then realize you can’t even give these supposedly elite troops the best perks (that normal troops can get). And I don’t know how difficult it’d be to implement this retroactively but that’d be appreciated as well.

Gold soldiers should come with all inventory slots unlocked.

What’s the point in spending a gold order in, say, an assaulter III, when he will have his backpack/pouch slot locked until you grind and upgrade the regular assaulter III squad, at which point you don’t really need him anymore?
