a lot of players in the game dont know the mechanics: they are too complicated to learn without a tutorial or someone who explains them to him. the game needs to semplify the sistem of the management of the squads and of the perks, a new player wonât know which are the best perks. Also, the in-game squad orders (formation, behaviourâŚ) are too complicate to use;
so: the developers need to implement better tutorials (more specific) and they need to make the squad orders easier to learn by yourself.
the initial difficulty of the game causes many players to quit the game very early, by adding more players, there wonât be much bots as before and the matchmaking would be much much better
The tutorial isnât the best, but it covers the basics of soldier and vehicle movement and weapons. Regarding perks there is a very visible thumbs up symbol on recommended soldier perks. Are these always the best perk to choose? No. But for new players itâs helpful enough, and their description is generally clear.
The have added new tutorials, both recently and in the past, and I wouldnât be surprised if they continue to add more in depth ones or refine the existing ones. When it comes to squad orders other than âpress âXâ to set a waypointâ and âhold-fire/passiveâ found in the control wheel they dont really work, as the AI is still too dumb.
At least we donât have the academy system anymore that was awful to figure out as a new player.
uh do u really think that :o im a bit surprised.
for me it was really easy to understand all
but im sure with u , that the squad orders can be more classified in an tutorial
but i got an good beginner tip for u, that me helped a looot
with V u can amrk positions, if u marked that, ure whole squad is looking there and shooting there if an enemy comes.
i put this on left mouse button, so if i fire a gun , my squads looks there and helps
#its really nice if more than 1 are coming
im not joking around to fire my gun everywhere so ^^
and also my team knows where the enemy was
on tanks i give 1 shot on him to markâŚ
but 80% of myteam never marks
idk if the console ppl dont know how to do this but its sad⌠a good reason to loseâŚ
i cant see the tank or groups from aircraft
Find some old players and play some matches with them, learning from them is better than giving tutorials.
also, all the new contents are end-game weapons and squads, developers need to balance updates
What they need a human brain with average IQ, if they find this game too difficult then 99% FPS out there would be a mathematical puzzleâŚ
In future as keofox hinted the rank probably gonna work with the matchmaking
I think itâs a yes and no kinda situation the game cover the basics and nobody wants a hour long tutorial plus itâs a shooter so everyone know that but atleast itâs not like star citizen that game doesnât tell you shit at least on this one you can learn just by playing not hard man . The only thing that it doesnât teach you is tank combat and armor pen I never did the tutorial but itâs definitely new play friendly
