Edit: This image does not have a front sight, but today, upon seeing an M1 carbine with a silencer, I noticed the similarity between the two silencers, so it is likely that the front sight of this weapon is shared with it, see this page:

Id gladly accept this as an event weapon. Now Id have something proper to equip my commandos with. Since I dont have any other silenced weapons on me and I unfortunately missed the silenced sten squad.

Vilifying SS (The name ) began after the war so it is possible to have 2 organization with same abbreviation during the war
Even my book refers to unit as SS also it seems that SBS was also part of SS
