I don’t want to drag this into a grammar argument, just saying that he means he was able to record in that clip one of the most blatant episodes. Which is a reasonable and appropriate point in the context.
Further translation of his words:
“In rare cases the issue is blatantly obvious, such as in this clip I was able to record.”
I think all of this is escalating over nothing but a misunderstanding.

Do you notice the same problem when using bolt actions? Those are extremely precise with almost no bullet deviation. So if sometimes you seem to miss shots, while using BA, that were certain to hit, that could confirm it’s ping related.
Even with fantastic connections, random shorts spikes may happen. Maybe it’s just that 
when the game says no it’s no you can only die
