I’ve heard both, but I mainly hear that it was Canadians who came marching down
I guess it’ll have to be the Limey wanker to educate the Yank again…
…Love you.
Congrats, I actually laughed. Lol
What’s truly funny is the stereotype is real.
We don’t realize it up here, but when I visit USA down, often ppl told me “why are you sorry? Why are you saying that for, you did nothing wrong? Wait… you Canadian by any chance?”
I’m like “doh… it’s real!”
I think you guys inherited it from us Brits. We’re the kind of people to apologise to our own reflection in a mirror, or a statue that we might bump into.
My missus is notorious for apologising for, well, pretty much anything. I’m less sorry for things, so it drives me mad sometimes. lol.
It might very well be Canada always kept strong ties with England (Commonwealth, babeh!!!) And Europe in general (French descendants in Eastern Canada)
Canada still recognise the monarchy as part of the government if I not mistake
well as long as you arent at war with the canadian you are probably fine
When the sorry stops; the war crimes start
yea and probably when their syrup run out they get “idea” for their syrup
Joke aside Canada never lost a war, Canada stonk
Not really. Mostly a symbol, and a face to put of dollars.
It was in 1867, Canada gained independence from Great Britain. Canada was self-governed but technically continued under the British rule till 1931.
To make it symbolic even more it’s why Canada did not declare war on Germany the same day as England did, but a few days later
well the german are scare of them that why they always win
that why they have red as their flag color i guess
Oh? Biden is coming, eh?
Comin with A VENGEANCE lol
Reminds me this future historical (?) footage of Canada’s annexation.
(From original Fallout, it’s a bit old)
