Either replace it completely, or make it possible to use it by pressing U, like on rifle grenade launchers. Kinda one shot-kill secondary gun.

Thatās seems cool but the standard variant is iconic so it should probably be a separate weapon.
I think the standard variant would be acceptable for some kind of social stealth in the French Resistance aesthetic.
Or as a blaster for the second part of the Unknown War event.

Will you buff the old premium squads in terms of skill points? because there are many squads that have very few skill points and are therefore weaker than other squads.

Is it really so hard to understand that our online player base is small, and splitting it up even more with 5 separate queues is a bad idea?

Yes, it is a medic rifle in Battlefield 1.
British medics in World War 1 were generally not permitted to carry firearms
