This would be a nice addition because of the uniqueness, and it shouldn’t be too hard to add, as all it needs is the gewher 98 with the scope’s model without the scope, and the sights are already made from the gewher 98 extended. This would ideally be foldered under the VZ26 as they are similar weapons.

That would be nice, all they need after that is an MG08 or MG15na and we have a time traveling unit
Such a beautiful rifle - wish I had a real one.
That being said, there is a 25 round event Gewehr 98 and it already is a pain to use.
Very slow firerate and terrible sights.

Yeah, I have one of those and the sights are hard to use sometimes, but when you do you can go crazy with it.fun fact those sights were designed to be used at long range due to the nature of 90% of ww1 was leaning over trenches and taking potshots at the enemy trench across no man’s land
my volkssturm would sure apreciate those rifles
