Ki-61-II on BR 4 might be a little bit faster but bomb layout, climb- & turnrate are worse then the Ki-100
Does it make sense to put Ki-61-II on BR 3 instead and put Ki-100 on BR IV?

Ki-100 “type 5 fighter” is direct updrage of Ki-61 “type 3 fighter”

no its not Ki 61 is better all around fighter then the Ki-100 since here Ki 61 dont have its real life problems but I also prefer if they switch them since I love Ki 61 but for sure I cant say that Ki 100 is better they are similar in performance but Ki 61 is better at high altitude overall in game Ki 61 is just better same like in warthunder.
In enlisted everything is happening below 2k
And you don’t need maxed speed, there is no space for air towing
You only need engine output for frequent maneuvers in small map like enlisted

think of the enemies you will be facing low BR Japanese fighters have problems catching US fighters and Ki 100 have the same problem while Ki-61-II have no problem with that just like with SMGs you are looking for a rate of fire of at least 600+ with high BR planes you are looking with a plane with 600 km/h + since thats really the golden speed for enlisted maps. Ki 61 really can out dogfight its opponents same way Ki -100 can but you have chances escaping the Ki-100 while escaping Ki 61 is very hard. Your main opponent is P 51 and P-38 and you can dog fight them in Ki 61 and there is no chances of them escaping specially in battles 2 vs 1 while in Ki-100 in this battles most of the time you will be shot by the second pilot so you would prefer to be in Ki-61 then Ki-100
