Katsu Kato customisation problem has been made worse

Recently there was a glitch that ment I couldn’t remember equip the samurai helmet for the Japanese event soilder, here is the bug report:

Today I checked if I could re equip the item, but found out that all customisation had been disabled for the soilder, seen here:

I suggest a proper fix be made, instead of just removing all customisation.

Also does anyone know how to get a refund for my appearance orders because prior to this change I wasted 40 appearance orders trying to fix the issue.

that barely works.
barely works because after all, there isn’t necessarily an interest so it would seem, hence it’s state ( despite you can pay actual money on it ).

but it’s kinda funny how they don’t even bother to test things.
it just shows what alpha team members do.
but then again, they may not even had access to the halloween stuff.

it’s not exactly clear what alpha testers people /team even do.
or devs for that matter.

with that aside, call it oversight, call it negligence,
i believe you can make a ticket.

and… perhaps someone shows up.
and add or restore your samurai appearance.

Similar thing for US medic event squad - and you can’t even preview uniforms in different campaigns for whole squad, it’s forever stuck on Tunisia for me.

It will be refunded on 2nd fix after this first one(and fix your not properly looking samurai too с:)

Please, people usually asking about more flexible, reasonable and more-less historical customization. Stop adding restrictions to that. Hope the second fix will bring back customization to event soldiers (and not what i am afraid of)
