There is a problem with balancing aircraft in 1944, the Luftwaffe effectively don’ t exist at that point. Thus, Germany does not have many options in terms of aircraft (hence the inclusion of the Ju 188 wich is a medium bomber). Even if you abandoned historically accuracy, Germany would still lack CAS aircraft on par with the P-47 (or Typhoon if the devs ever add that) because they never made anything comparable.

But they did, the fw190 F8, carries 210mm rockets, several smaller AP rockets, 30mm mk103 cannons, 1000kg bomb, even in the first person view for the A8 we can literally see the 30mm gunpods under the wings in the plane

Big difference between crying and wanting some fun in a campaign god forbid anyone wants that, i genuinely can’t play Normandy anymore it’s so mentally taxing being unable to simultaneously deal with p47 spam which requires AA and constant supervision, tank spam which requires my panther and infantry attacking the objective which requires me to be in the objective. I can’t even just throw up AA and let my team deal with it because they’ll just use the AA on infantry then get bombed
Tiger is coming to Normandy, devs have confirmed it multiple times. Once it does I’m sure we can have more arguments about that. Jumbo’s reign of being extremely difficult to pen will eventually come to an end.
The tiger has less pen than the panther though
im actually surprised by how many ppl can use the p47 without crashing at the first passage, usually other campaigns are full of retards with planes.

Still have to channel simo hayha to hit the mg port of the a jumbo in his spawn though because the only thing jumbos hate more than sportsmanship is moving out of spawn
