Does it matter? No.
Campaigns are soon nothing but a memory anyways.
Soon you maybe will fight in Tunisia with a Tiger.

Yeah but not one that has its winter or Normandy cammo.
They will most likely fix camo-options for different campaigns!
Lets hope so.
Mkb 42s in Moscow being one of the biggest time traveling offenders.
They had multiple commando operations though, which is a lot closer to what is represented in-game.
All you have to do is wait for the merge, which means ±2 months.
There’s also plenty of weapons that never saw combat in some campaigns. When the campaigns merge it’ll be even worse, we’ll have Moroccan volunteers fighting in the Pacific for some reason amongst many other things. Also stuff like German paratroopers dropping on the beaches of Normandy?
A historian could probably find something wrong with half, or more, of the content in this game.
I still like it from a historic standpoint. Enlisted prompted me to read up on a lot of things and I found out the Johnson rifle was actually used by my countrymen against the Japanese or the the Americans used a lot more M50’s than I would’ve initially thought or that the A-20 is built in similar numbers as the B-25 but for some reason isn’t as iconic!
I understand your frustration though but Enlisted is a far cry from historically accurate…more like “historically inspired” is how I see it. Hope you can enjoy it more in that light
This is the most erroneous statement “anti-history” crowd uses.
No, not addding fantasy weapons doesn’t make the experience horrible.
The game would not fall apart if Berlin’s AS-44 and RPD, Moscow’s MKB-42 or Normandy’s M2 carbine were never added and instead other historical weapons would be balanced for both sides.
You really expect DF, who say “maybe Tiger 2 in Moscow lel who cares” to add new skins for Moroccan boys for Pacific and for Normandy maps?
German winter face mask Moscow boys to now have new face masks for Tunisia, Normandy and Berlin maps?
Please, it’s DF and Premiums – they’ll allow Premiums any time any where.
Yep, I think every squad (not only premium ones) will get summer/desert/winter (and maybe special pacific one) skin presets which will automatically be chosen on certain maps. It would make sense and it’s nothing hard to do.
Even hll doesnt care much about historicity.
You can use tigers in normandy beach or stg 44 in stalingrad map.
This is normal because Tigers had been adopted and used by 1944. Nobody is asking for 1:1 recreation of every town battle down to the button on the shirt.
This is bullshit and should be fixed. But I suppose HLL devs only cared about the Western Front as always.
In any case,
this is not true:
That’s very presumptive of you - given there are zero examples to examine…
Man, I ve bought the Volksturm guys in Berlin for their sick ass clothes, not for something else (their gun is great but still), there are not many prem squads with really good looks, would be a pity to have to reskin them in other campaigns( Not that its a tragedy, but the whole premice of Maroccan and blue Italian people are their distincive appearence in the first place, that is why they cost 2500 gold after all.
I know, for certain group of people is preferable to run on desert with winter camouflage and so on, there has to be always the special fashion souls.
I am just saying what makes most sense/logic in the matter of overall immersion.
finally someone sayed it
Somebody sayed it the day it came out!
Everyone whines about Jumbo, but no one cares about the M3A1 Grease Gun which entered service about the same time as the Jumbo, or the P-38G which was withdrawn from Europe well before June of 1944. Both of these are just as bad as the Jumbo, so why does everyone harp about this one tank? Back then it was everyone said it was OP and fine, it was until they added the Panther, but now we have the Panther and the Tiger so why does everyone care so much about this one tank?
