The whole policy of Germany is completely dependent on the United States. The Americans are quietly listening to all your “leaders”. What are you even talking about?! Because nowadays Mister Putin spends more time complaining about the critism of Stalin which kinda feels weird if the (current) Russian government feels sorry and also justifing or relativating Stalins crimes instead of saying sorry (and speaking of that I dont really recall any Russian or Soviet leader saying sorry in public).
