I really only chose it because it has a five member crew and I could make another paratrooper squad with it. Then, I found out that with its six 250 lbs bombs in can make fertilizer out of a lot of enemies. My level 1-3 Germans I only use the Stuka. I get good kills with it, but not as many as the Ju 188, plus with only a two man crew that kind of rules out the paratrooper idea. 
One thing I noticed about the Ju 188 though is that even with it fully maxed out structurally, It gets cut in half most of the time when fighters jump me, where I have survived two fighter attacks with my Stuka and with the plane smoking and leaking still managed to make two additional bombing runs before I had to bail, or the damn fighter came back to finish me.
