So are the devs just deliberately adding weapons into the game with wrong reload animations??
How does the M1921 have the wrong reload then the Russian variant has the correct reload?? The charging handle is supposed to be cocked when it is empty but it isn’t with the Japanese variant.

thompson box magazines have a built-in bolt-hold-open functionality, so you don’t need to pull the charging handle as long as you don’t press the trigger when there is no magazine in the gun (hell, that was the whole point of updating allied thompson animations).
drums don’t have this functionality on the other hand
Thanks for the info! I always thought that the Thompsons with the charging handle on the top had to be pulled back but it’s just with the drum magazines.
