I feel like the cosmetics for Japan are very similar at the moment and could use some expansion. One thing I think should be added is the hachimaki headband usually worn by kamikaze pilots.
Personally, I think this cosmetic would be really cool. Restricting the headband only the pilots might be more historical but adding it or a variant of it as an option for soldiers would be very cool.
But we don’t have any kamikaze piolets, that was alate war thing.
We do have a ton of Suicide tards though 
Is that a problem in the pacific though? I thought the pacific campaign represented the entire pacific war and not just a part of it?
Honestly, I just think it could make a cool cosmetic. I hope they add more stuff to Japan so they can have better customization options. Maybe they could even take some inspiration from battlefield 5.

The enlisted website states Pacific war campaign is 1941-1945, so late war is included.
I don’t know I will admit to being somewhat baffled by their decision to model the entirety of the Pacific war just in the Solomon Islands, or their take on what the Solomons islands are supposed to be, it’s like these guys never read a history book or anything.
The grass helmets are being saved for premiumbait.

They are saving anything good and cool for premium and adding wrong and garbage looking for campaign unlock and for free. In the Japanese community we have a amateur rating for who ever making these stupid decisions and customizations on the uniform. Kamikazing with planes and Banzai charging with your squad should’ve been a unique mechanic in Pacific
They missed a cool thing to add when you equip Shin Gunto or Katana it will show on the troop or a customization uniform
I feel sorry for those that bought the pre order pack devs have made the Giretsu(義烈空挺隊, Giretsu Kūteitai, “Heroic Paratroopers”) uniform very washed out and low key. Their uniform look really cool irl
For some reason after the resent High Caliber update devs have removed the only face model Japan had that aged and looked Japanese
Truly needed some more variation something like the ones in WAW. Don’t like the look of the Early war uniforms and the ones with the shades of green doesn’t even look good at all, they look like Heiho’s uniform.
