If one person works half as hard as a team player, you can win. Please give it a try. It’s no joke, it’s fun.
It feels kind of the same even on BR 2-3, the only time we have a good shot at winning with Allies is if we get a good pilot.
For BR 2 i think the tanks are a bit undewhelming except for the Crusader which is a decent Anti-Tank option, but it is too fargile and the HE is not that great for Infantry support. Othwerwise the gear feels decent.
BR 3 feels decent until it gets uptiered into BR IV or V where it performs much worse than the BR 3 Soviets vs Germany. But i guess from the replies BR IV falls apart the same vs both Germany BR IV and Japan IV-V like the BR 3 does.
I think the main issue for the Allies is the hardstacked Japan MMs, when i was checking my games in Alies vs Germany or Soviets vs Germany the resoults were close , yet it feels like maybe 1-2 out of 10 rounds where the Allies can beat Japan.

I grind br 5 allies for the event and it is surprisingly good. I rarely lose and always get nice amount of score
Because players always stacked the stronger or more interesting side and most people didnt want to play both sides in a campaign or unlock Panzer IV, Mp40 and K98K five times (what a surprise), so players always stacked Normandy and Berlin Axis for FG42, Tiger, StG ect.
While Allies always had at least 1.5x times more players in other campaigns.
Turns out many of these botfarmers had zero skill and disappeared after the merge since they could no longer feed their egos with easy victories.

BR 2 Allied gear is generally one of my favourites…but you also kind of have to know what you are doing
BR 5 now that they finally got some catchup stuff is also manageable, even if you are generally at a disadvantage
It’s just that for whatever reason ton of US players will absolutely refuse to do anything of value and instead they will just sit at the edges of the map doing god knows what.
Couple that with the fact that BR2 and BR5 Germany is generally IMO best gear overall, Japan BR5 is stacked as all hell (at least on EU server at the times I play)
So it’s just generally not a good time. And BR3/BR4 can land you in some horrific stomps where you are armed with a Garand and a gaggle of bhopping sprinting hipfiring Japanese squirrels just rushes you with full auto Heis, all your planes get blown up by UFOs turning good 5 or more seconds faster than they should and there is a Who-Ri hydra, where you kill one and two more instantly appear

BR III AT and Engineer cycle is the best Allied experience for me
I havent played that high with them but generally BR II allied teams are definetly much much dumber than the Japanese ones … with Germans im not sure. Like most of the games its literally just me who has rallies up, while im on Japan side we have 3-4 rally up almost all the time.
For me its not japan where i run into the tank spam … but Germany seem to often bring dozens upon dozens of Pz III. ( once i got killed 14 tank in a single game against them).
But based on the comments i think i will ditch the allies and go with the other 3 nation… they seem as hopeless here as they are in WT Ground top BR.
