The lack of proper commander cupola kills it for me. Add to that it´s not as fast as I feel like it should be so I went for the T50 in the end. I don´t play Moscow much but I thought might aswell get it before they remove it.
You can add White phosphorus grenades to that. Who´s fucking idea was it to basically make a molotov with a bigger radius that can kill you through walls anyway?

Probably is the same guy wo think tank destroyer are better than the tiger or jumbo so is worth grind them at level 39
Then this should be your best option
T-28 is very strong against infantry and will shred trough them but beware of Panzer 4’s and late Panzer 3s

Edit: I’m aware there wasn’t really any Persh DURING Bulge. But neither were jumbo on the beaches… So, still want it.

BT-7 is in the class of the most fun to play tanks, because you are fast. You can outplay your enemies because of that, however personally, I believe its gun is too weak for it to be truly great, it suffers from the same problem all high penetration Tanks suffer from in this game, meaningful damage.
no matter what, usually when I get hit by an enemy BT7, I can most of the time still return fire and one hit kill it even after taking 2 direct penetrating shots.

BT7 is still fairly viable, even at late stage, its able to take out every german tank, and while it can be onshot easily, its fast and armor can be trolly at times. Play it like a hit and run vehicle, dont get into head on fights or youll lose/ essentially use it like a better hellcat
