Thats awesome toward underground bunkers and chambers. Can I hold ALT and choose from the pie menu to unlocked or gain a special medicated ability like health, strength, aiming, or any aide to be have super human abilities. I buy a door, I gain strength. I buy a window, I gain aiming. I buy a chair, table, or any other interior item I should gain stamina. Buying interior or exterior items clears a space only to let the engineer use the pie menu of tools to build a fortification. Great!
