The Soviet Union’s IS3 heavy tank did not catch up with the Battle of Berlin. The IS3 only participated in the Victory Parade, but it participated in the August Storm Battle of the Soviet Union against Japan in August 1945. Perhaps Gaijin could launch a battle between the Soviet Union and Japan to allow Soviet players to obtain this tank
IS-3 won’t fix sh!t. IS-2 suffers from extermely long reload speed and IS-3 has even longer reload.
Just rebalance IS-2 and Tiger 2 reload and HE shell.
