Id rather focus on the rest of the “actually used” stuff before prototyping too heavily (tech tree…premium is okay). Including subfactions.

Yeah, sure. Me too. But not if they’re as irrelevant as new KV is.
We need better balance/variety first. Especially for end game BRs.

Which one IS-2? 1944 or Regular? With 122mm cannon You can destroy APCs using HE Shell, you can easily penetrate Panther frontally (If you using IS-1944) and sometimes if you’re lucky enough you can penetrate lower hull of both Tiger II using APHEBC Shell, about the Armor you can just angled your Tank (Or hiding behind the destroyed properties Tanks)
