Another possibility is that this would make a fine single player campaign with espionage and scouting elements rather than straight on war. Highly unlikely but I still would want to try it.

In fact, in the French campaign in 1940, the light weapons on both sides felt very close, with rifles, submachine guns, light machine guns, and grenades. But I think there were some differences in vehicles. For example, the French and British Expeditionary Forces (B.E.F) had CharB1 and Matilda heavy infantry tanks. It was difficult for Germans to use 37mm guns to destroy them from the front (without APCR). If Enlisted launched this new campaign, I would prefer to deliberately weaken a unit not for the sake of balance, but to specialize some superior units according to the characteristics of both sides (Allied armor and German air ground operations)
