Hello to y`all So today i did what DF is afraid to do 90% of times, taking feedback from my last post and make a suggestion.
So today im gonna to suggest something different from a desert penaltly, so instead of punishing deserters why we dont give all players reasons to stay in a game? even if they cleary know they are 100% cooked but first lets beggin with some basic stuff.
Increase the amount of silver gain: Alrigth DF this is easy you cant ruin something as simple as increasing how much silver you win per game rigth??? ( but knowing how df is i dont expect to much…)
If you have premium all the other points i`ll mention below (silver, xp and boosters) will be increased x2
after mentioning that lets give some ways to encourage players to stay in games:
Silver compensation for loosing team: like 3-4k silver + the amount of silver the player made during the whole game also if you are on the winning game the amount of silver you won could be 5-6k
Free %10 booster for loosing team if the game last less than 10 minutes (its not acumulated if the second game is the same but you will still having the 10% booster until you win or loose in a game that lasts longer)
Free amount of XP when you play 5 games normaly without deserting lets say “10-15K” (but it can be more or less but pls df give more ) and dont worry if you have finished the TT of the faction you can convert the XP into silver (but keep on mind that this streak resets if you desert)
Specially made for players with tons of silver constantly add lootboxes or anything else that could be interesting to spend silver into it that way, experienced players who dont care to much about the silver or xp gain could have a reason to care about it and dont desert.
other improvements specially for players who like to play in certain campaings/maps add a map/campaing selector so that way those players who desert because the map is trash or they just dont like will not be a problem anymore
So after tecnically solving the 90% of reasons why ppl desert the only type of deserters are the ones who desert because yes… welp we cant do anything when it comes to those ppl the reason why they desert are unkown xd
any other idea? or just want to discuss do it below : )
Forgot to mention that this addition will be complemented with the joining any army (suffering button) so we got all i mentioned above + what DF actually have but dont worry if you dont use that option you will be able to use all i mentioned above anyways
So basically your suggestion is that some silver should be thrown at people for sticking up with a totally unbalanced fight? Sit tight and grit your teeth while you get steamrolled by superior opponents that you haven’t got a chance to defeat for some petty cash?
Not that I ever desert but from what I’ve seen most people desert because there is no fun in a fight where the difference between gear and abilities of the two teams is huge.
I’d rather have them make a better team matching system than the one we have now.
If the teams were more fair I think less people would desert.
DF isnt able to do this due the player base is to small i had a similar way to think as you to add like a SBMM, ranked or something that could give you a fair ally team as a fair enemy team.
but seems that this dont works due the things i mentioned so if we want to implement a better mm system first this game needs more players that way you will not take 10 minutes just to find a game
sadly we dnt have such a decent player base that permit this game to have something like this and the only thing we could do is to give reasons to not desert
you have to adapt your mind to the actual game situation and remember that this game is not as big as war thunder or any other simulator so you cant think as big as you want when it comes to this suggestions

OP is offering carrots without understanding why we need a stick.
There are multiple reasons why people desert, and while being on a losing team is one of them, there are other reasons to desert a match such as undesirable map, mode or timing.
What you’re offering is removing the practical punishment that encourages people to try to win in the first place- The exp/silver incentive. If winning no longer matters to get a good payout, why would anyone try to win?
Addressing the issues as to why people desert is more productive than literally throwing bribes at players to play games they might not enjoy.
Did You read what I’ve wroten above? The increasing of base silver gain? So if You won You could get +15k per Game lets Say compared to 10k or less whenu are on loosing team
Also this is a quick solution for deserters i would like this Game to get more players and try to insert like a SBMM, ranked or something that could give your fair games somehow that way we could get better results with not to many deserters
The absurdity of players acquiring enough silver in a single match to buy a BR 5 tank.

The economy that we have right now is likely the limit of what the devs can offer.
Assuming one gets 30k experience over the course of a 30 minute match, and they have both premium time and have won the game, they would get about 3k silver. This is the current system that we have.
You’re proposing a multifold improvement for the economy, and the idea itself was so absurd that I ignored it in favor of your proposals to address desertion, which was the title of this thread.
