Increase the s&w revolvers rpm to match the nagant

In the recent change log the nagant can stay zoomed in whilst the gun is being cycled, currently the s and w revolver can also do this but the nagant had previously received rpm buffs to make it viable, however the s and w m1917 still has a rpm of 90 compared to the nagants 180 rpm. After seeing a video of the new nagant in action, I think the nagant is in a comfortable place (video can be found in this thread: Gun video request - #3 by Yamoto4299-live )

So I suggest:

•increase the s&w m1917 rpm to 180 in order to be equal to the nagant.

Would be nice if they also increased the damage of the revolvers to make them more viable compared to the pistols you can get. Also would it not be better if they gave it the pervious rof while also increasing its damage?

90 rpm is way to slow, but 180rpm with increased damage sounds great
