But try using your FG in semi auto, ot also excels this mode.
For more ammunition, there’s either 3 mg34 wich is a lot, a marksman loadout which will force you to semi anyway being at a longer distance, or the mortar engineer with which you can build ammo boxes.
You’re talking about being equipped with FG and MG34 is better than Vickers and smg, while having a supply box, but this is only in the best case because you can’t put supply box for yourself and you need to rely on an ally or you need to take the mortar equipment in the box but you won’t get MG34
I’m already playing FG semi auto 90% of the time lol, but still, 60 ammo goes very quickly even if you are not shooting like an ape.

They simply need to harmonise the ammo with the Krieghoff FG, do you think it’s normal to give 200 ammo to Allies para while 100 was already enough and keep FG like that? Why do we need to count each bullet while Vickers not ?

I think we need to give fg another 20 rounds. 20/60 is a compromise, 20/80 is already too much unless you want to add 100 rounds to a Vickers and Thompson 100 machine gun)

you do realize that the krieghoff has the FG42II sniper secondary which would give it 20/80 as the devs considered the fact that having those 2 gunns together would drain your ammo pool. also you should try to play the other side wehraboo

I don’t fuckin care about how much ammo the Krieghoff has. This has nothing to do with the squad we’re discussing. If you’re unhappy about it, create a post and ask the developers to add better weapons to the Allies’ crate. I fully support that idea.

Also OP dont put the krieghoff as example, premium german para have the fg42 sniper in their lodout, 20/80 is necessary for sustain both of them
If you want ask for more ammo on the fg42 for the premium and event squad i suggest you to ask the developers to give more ammo the main gun (fg) wen the assaulter lodout is selected and remove the mg34 because the fg42 work as battlerifle/MG so the mg34 is pointless
Unpopular opinion: instead bring krieghoff FG in line with regular FGs, especially since its more ammo efficient with its slower rate of fire.

Tu leur parles du Pz 3J1 et ils te sortent le Tiger 2 comme argument. Si tu leur dis qu’il y a un problème avec une arme allemande, ils te répondent “FG 2 2”.
