yeah it’s exactly that, infact the game even gives you the location of the sharpshooter if you get killed by them

If you tell them the location, there are users who change positions and shoot again, and even if you kill one, several people shoot again without stopping?
And from the point of view of the allies, do you like the player who does not even enter the base and is sniping?

All these cry babies who showed up today will eventually disappear again.

These bolt action babies can only say skill issue or salty because they don’t know how to fight in a cap zone

uuuh just because you play with Bolts doesn’t mean you can’t play the objective, they aren’t mutually exclusive

their logic

ā€œAll firearms should be equal, so either lower the damage of the auto-fire weapon to have an equal RPM or increase the damage of a bolt action rifle that uses ā€˜same rifle rounds’ to have an equal RPMā€

ā€œSo it can increase the chances of newbies getting into the game.ā€

If you respond to this

ā€œIt’s just a game, bro, think of a newbieā€

It’s just a whining that ignores historical evidence and realism.

To be honest, newbies want to use better weapons, and they don’t want to use a weapon that’s more of a scumbag or a side-upgrade weapon than a bolt action rifle.

If you only want to use bolt action rifles, go to WW1 games like Verdun or Tannenberg.

Oh man.
Battlefield and CoD made a great job at making people forget the role of BAs in WWII.

same with hollywood tbh, specially with america since we were still had normal infantry with m1903s in as late as 1944

Yes ā€œuntil 1944ā€ that was mostly only on the Pacific front.

if i were to be more accurate with the date it would probably be September of 44 when all frontline units had a pure semi auto, outside of snipers, though in normandy front line infantry had m1903 while the US army ranger preferred the 1903a3 over the garand. with the pacific front usage being the USCM and army garrisons on those island

There is also one missing thing: the m1903 rifle was not used mostly by the front line except for the marines.

And all those Marines served on the Pacific Front.

Also, the m1903 rifle was used only from the rear, even when supplied.

Since the sniper is a class that fights on the second line, not a class that fights on the front line, I also used a bolt action sniper rifle.

And when I said ā€œmostlyā€ I meant using it as a mainstay.

that’s of course

In WW1, it is the main bolt action rifle.

Because in WW2, semi-auto rifles are the mainstay and symbol.

And what gamers say

ā€œIt’s just a gameā€

Therefore, I think that the semi-automatic rifle that is the protagonist of the era while being suitable for the ww2 game should be a gun that explodes tanks with one bullets.

That’s right, the bolt action rifle’s damage buff should be cancelled, but if that doesn’t work, the damage at medium and long range should be lowered to what it was before.

Except in Germany, Soviet Union (despite SVT, main infantry rifle was the Mosin), Japan, UK and Commonwealth forces and Italy, France, Poland and all German Eastern Europe Allies. Heck, even US used the Springfield, was present during Africa as front-line gun.

There are games with BA rifles as WW2 game and they aint bad. You can even have fun with inf BA rifle in BFV.

Because you lack proper education or what?

Don’t be too serious about everything.

ā€œIt’s just a gameā€ what i always hear

Sarcasm is too high-level to understand lol

And even in those games, bolt action rifles were always optional, not essential. For entertainment that is used once in a while

Except for very realistic games ( Hell Let Loose, etc.)

It’s strange that a bolt action rifle can do more damage than a semi-auto rifle, because a semi-auto rifle can fire several times the same bullet while using the same bullet.

judging the scoreboards, they are.
