Barbed wire is perfectly fine the way it is right now - extremely annoying but easy to destroy.
Btw - People also don’t teleport out of radios, or carry AA guns on their backs - if you wanna go there.
Assault troops carrying enough material for few meters of barbed wire obstancle is about the most realistic and doable part about the whole engineer system, lol.
