I had already posted about this situation in the game, where a tank should be able to pass through a trench without any problems, and I was almost lynched.
Yes I see the video were the tank dug through the soft dirt, and the game clip where it rammed into 18 inches of god knows what wood maybe maple or birch or pine backed up by earth and a trench.
In that case, the tank should never have fallen, but rather continued on its way.
It fell into an intersection or x where two trench lines crossed. It was wide enough so it could not simple bridge the gap v but not wide enough to fit the tank.
While its true that traction mechanics were deliberately borked by gaijin and I assume carried over here now years ago. The example given is just not a great example. Its more how tanks slide and get stuck way too easily on even narrow trenches, there is no bite in the traction.
That’s what I was getting at, a rock could never stop a tank!
Then show a video of a tank half in half out of reinforced trench. The real tank burst through the trench because it was just dirt. Yes when on level ground a tank can easily climb walls. But with it’s ass end stuck in a trench a tank the tread is barley making contact. The tank continues to plow into a wall at an angle. Yeah enlisted is broken but this ain’t it chief.
my favorite part was where he blew up
