In-battle squad selection screen blocks the ping view (suggestion on UI improvement))

I have ping issues sometimes due to living far away from the servers, so I always try to check for high ping when I join a battle (so I can leave quickly at the start of the battle if it is too high, not harming people and letting others queue in my place).

The problem is, when the game starts, the displaying of the squad-selection screen blocks the in-game ping view (that you get when you press ctrl+shift+n).

(it doesn’t show in screenshots, but the view of the ping display gets blocked because the squad-selection UI is placed on top of it)

It could be easily fixed by making the ping display (from ctrl+shift+n) stay on top of the in-battle UI. In fact, it should have the priority and stay above anything else.

But, I heard in a video about the last developers’ QnA, that you recognized the UI is a bit lacking. So I will suggest something: make a better ping display! The current, multi-colored one shows a lot of useless information (I just want to see my ping) and makes the game a lot uglier when it is displayed. It could be made of big white letters on top of the screen and showing just your ping (average, minimun and maximum if possible), in a single line, which would be more beautiful and occupy a lot less space when displayed.

Another thing: the hotkey to open the ping display (ctrl+shift+n) is really bad. The default key for throwing explosive packs is N and ctrl is used for looking out the tank hatch. It is really annoying to waste your explosive pack (like I did) or come out of the tank hatch and get sniped (like I did) by trying to view your ping! Make the hotkey something that doesn’t conflict with other hotkeys from the game.

This is a major issue for me, as waiting until I first spawn and get out of the squad-selection UI takes time, and I don’t want to harm the experience of other players by leaving too late and being replaced by a bot. Consider fixing this, as it would also greatly improve the game’s UI for people who need to have the ping display open most of the time.
