The jump from semi-autos to fully automatic battle rifles is crazy and almost unplayable. Going up against an FG 42 with an svt or a Garand puts you a a severe disadvantage.

As someone who already have a BR3 line up for my japanese, I see this as an absolute win !

Br queues should be 1–2 3-4 and 5. I agree with other people when they say it’s a big jump to be fighting select fire rifles when they have svt40’s Johnson rifles and zh29’s.

Why must the team do EVERYTHING but add a tier VI? Instead of all this weirdness we could have Matchmaking be I-II, III-IV and V-VI, with overlaps if need be, am I seeing things too simple? Is there something I’m not understanding here?

Weird had BR3 match vs Fedorov/Gorov LMG on Moscow map.
Yes but now BR 3 loses BR 5. Of coarse this is a positive to some but I liked the possibilities.
I think they should just make all maps, all BRs. They literally make Stalingrad 1942 a high BR map. If maps and BR were chronological then it’d be different. Of coarse some people would have a problem with BR 2 Tiger H because it entered in 1942. We can’t even use the Tiger in Tunisia

Im not sure if I missed something, but these new MM rules are hard rules right?
Or are these soft rules and its still possible to see BR3 vs BR5 at late night.

Next major update, USSR vs Japan would be very interesting. And I hope Japan would also have more vehicles and weapons.

You’d be surprised even when I play br2 Japan being uptired against br3 USA the Japanese teams usually pull through.

this would be good if hard rules actually worked. people are constantly reporting that they are getting BR3 matches with BR1 loadouts.

I don’t really see how br6 will solve the problem. It will just become the new top tier.
So screw br1, br3 and br5?

Good changes. However a separation of BR II from III may still be necessary. As BR III may now become the most played and favorite battle rating among newcomers and veterans alike, proper noobs with minimal BR II gear and experience will continue to suffer.
Though on the other hand, with the soon to be massive influx of BR3 players, the chance of an up tier while at BR2 may be rare.
Overall it is just good to see these changes.
